Executive Chef Jef Forsberg
Chef Jef Forsberg is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute. He spent years working under the tutelage of acclaimed Chefs Didier Virot, Zak Pellacio, and Michael Romano at some of New York City’s top restaurants.
Jef brings his classic French training and eclectic background to Sunflower. Along with his team, Jef looks forward to creating a fresh look for the Sunflower menu.
