Chef de Cuisine Marcus McCoy

Marcus McCoy, a new addition to the Sunflower Restaurant, comes to us with 16 years of culinary experience.  He has cooked his way all along the east coast from Rhode Island to Captiva Island. He has owned two restaurants in Upstate New York as well as being Chef de Cuisine of One Caroline Street Bistro in Saratoga Springs, NY and the Metropolitan Urban Restaurant and Nightclub in Colorado Springs, CO. 

His style of modern French cooking, focusing on the freshest local ingredients and clean flavors, compliments the Sunflowers’ organic concept.
